By downloading, installing, or using MetaSync ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
2. License
MetaSync grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software on a single machine, subject to the terms herein. Each license key is bound to one Hardware ID.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
- Share, redistribute, or resell your license key
- Use the Software for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to bypass the hardware-bound licensing system
4. Trading Disclaimer
MetaSync is a tool that facilitates automated trade execution. It does not provide financial advice. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions and outcomes. MetaSync is not liable for any financial losses incurred through the use of the Software.
5. Subscriptions & Payment
MetaSync offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Payments are processed through our payment provider. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
6. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day free trial. Since the trial provides full access to all features, refunds are generally not provided after purchase. If you experience technical issues that prevent the Software from functioning, contact support within 7 days of purchase for a review.
7. Limitation of Liability
MetaSync is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall Vensat Capital Ltd be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Software.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
