2. Data We Collect
License Validation: When you activate MetaSync, your license key and a Hardware ID hash are sent to our licensing server (KeyAuth) to validate your subscription. No personal information beyond this is collected.
MT5 Credentials: Your MetaTrader 5 login, password, and server name are stored locally on your machine in an encrypted configuration file. They are never transmitted to our servers or any third party.
Trade Data: All trade history, logs, and analytics are stored locally on your machine. We do not collect, view, or transmit your trading data.
3. Data We Do NOT Collect
- Personal identifying information (name, address, phone)
- Broker credentials (never leave your machine)
- Trade history or financial data
- Browsing activity or usage analytics
4. Third-Party Services
- KeyAuth — Used for license validation. Receives your license key and hardware hash only.
- Ngrok — Used to create a secure webhook tunnel. Your webhook URL is generated dynamically and is not stored on our servers.
5. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data. License keys are hardware-bound and cannot be transferred. All webhook connections use HTTPS encryption.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
